Once a payment is made, your order cannot be changed or canceled.

No refunds on custom or personalized items. A refund will not be granted if there was a error on your part, or the description was misread.

FASTER SHIPPING DOES NOT CHANGE PRODUCTION TIME. Please ask for current production time.

If a error is made on our part, we will replace the item immediately (upon stock availability). Errors must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. If we are not contacted within 3 days, you forfeit our mistake and refund policy.

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it.

SHIPPING POLICIES
